You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited. 499brt may request certified documentation to confirm your date of birth at any point. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-fraud procedures.

You are responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. 499brt makes no representation or warranty regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction. Players access the platform entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.

Each individual may register and maintain only one account on 499brt. Creating duplicate accounts, whether using different names, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, current address, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration or verification process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You must not share your account login details with any third party. 499brt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, as well as proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the specified timeframe may be suspended pending completion of the process.

499brt reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, collusion, match-fixing, use of prohibited software, or any activity deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. 499brt reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice provided on the platform.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Processing times vary by method but are typically completed within 24 hours for verified accounts. 499brt reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal, which may extend processing times in exceptional circumstances.

You may only deposit funds that belong to you. 499brt will not accept deposits from third-party sources on your behalf. Any suspected use of third-party payment methods will result in the suspension of the account pending investigation and the funds may be held pending verification of ownership.

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 499brt is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange-rate losses incurred through your bank or mobile financial service provider.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each offer is specified on the promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Bonuses are limited to one per person, per household address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including through coordinated play, arbitrage betting, or the use of automated systems — will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus, the forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure at 499brt's sole discretion.

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your account balance. 499brt reserves the right to decline or void any bet placed in error, including bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error or technical fault.

In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, incorrect event information, or typographical mistakes — 499brt reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

During live (in-play) betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets, odds and available markets may be suspended or changed at any time without prior notice. 499brt accepts no liability for bets placed based on delayed information or connectivity issues experienced on the player's end.

All casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by the relevant game studio, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 499brt does not alter, influence, or interfere with game outcomes in any way. • Using stolen, borrowed, or third-party payment methods without authorisation.
• Attempting to charge back legitimate deposits after using the funds for betting.

• Participating in, facilitating, or benefiting from any form of match-fixing arrangement.

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to 499brt's systems, servers, or databases.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Receive automatic alerts when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of six months.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 499brt platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without express prior written consent from 499brt.

499brt makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to internet service disruptions, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers — may cause temporary service interruptions for which 499brt accepts no liability.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money placed as bets. 499brt is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of using the platform. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and for ensuring that your use of the platform remains within the bounds of responsible entertainment.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you may submit a formal complaint in writing to [email protected]. 499brt will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 14 calendar days. All complaints are reviewed impartially and in accordance with our internal dispute resolution procedure.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
